Yes — that is the whole point. A unit can be a meeting room booked by the hour or a house with a monthly lease. Both live in the same dashboard and the same billing.
When you create a lease, you set the monthly value and the due day. Lokaro generates the invoice 7 days before it is due, every month, and emails the tenant a reminder 3 days before. You just watch them get paid.
